FAIR

You can use that any number of ways:

Is it a carnival ride at the Ohio State Fair? 
Is it a Rennaisance Fair?
Is someone being treated unfairly (not on GLEE!! Shocking!!)?

Also, if you look at the word FAIR too long it becomes wrong.
